Cosmate®VB6,Pyridoxine Tripalmitate, the tri-ester of pyridoxine with palmitic acid (hexadecanoic acid) is used in cosmetic formulations. It acts as an antistatic agent (reduces static electricity by neutralizing the electrical charge on the surface, e.g. of hair), as a combability aid (reduces or prevents tangling of the hair due to changes or damage on the hair surface and thus improves combability) and as a skin care ingredient.

Pyridoxine Tripalmitate is a synthetic derivative of pyridoxine (vitamin B6), where pyridoxine is esterified with palmitic acid. This modification enhances its stability and lipid solubility, making it suitable for use in cosmetic and skincare formulations.
